ELECTRIC OVERAGE CHARGE: OWNER WILL PAY THE FIRST $150.00/MONTH or $50.00/WEEK. GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIFFERENTIAL FOR THE RENTAL PERIOD.
Balance of total rental contract amount due at least 60 days prior to arrival
Booking is not secure until deposit is received.
All rental properties are subject to 6.5% State and 5% Local taxes (11%) as well as a departure cleaning fee. Some HOA and Communities may have an additional application fee and/or background screening. For our pet friendly properties, a refundable pet deposit or pet fee may be required.
Security Deposit is collateral for damages or excessive expenses or additional services of any kind due to the requests or actions of the Guests. Security Deposits are held in a separate non-interest-bearing account located at First Horizon Cape Coral, FL 33904.
